Dr. Massey is an Associate Professor of Pathology at Virginia Commonwealth University. He serves as Chief of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVHCS) in Richmond. He completed his pathology residency training at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. He collaborates with basic science faculty and clinical faculty in funded translational research, and has authored peer reviewed publications and book chapters.
