Chelsea Kidd, MD is an assistant professor of hematopathology and molecular pathology at VCU Health.  

Dr. Kidd graduated from VCU School of Medicine and completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at VCU Health. She continued her training at VCU Health with a fellowship in molecular genetic pathology, followed by hematopathology fellowship at the University of Utah/ARUP.

Her clinical and research interests are benign and malignant hematopathology, molecular pathology and quality improvement, including laboratory utilization and interdisciplinary projects. She is co-chair of the Lab Utilization Committee.

She actively participates in the education of fellows, residents and medical students.
