Graeme Murray, MD/PhD student in Jason Reed’s lab (Department of Physics) co-mentored by Chuck Harrell in Pathology, was named a Wright Scholar. Funds from the Wright endowment will offset School of Medicine tuition, fees, and stipend costs.

Pictured on the right, Jackie Grible, Clevenger lab, Human and Molecular Genetics PhD student, received travel awards from both the graduate school as well as Human and Molecular Genetics. Funds will be used towards presenting her research at the annual AACR meeting in Atlanta.
Jackie Grible was awarded the Susan E. Kennedy Scholarship, a monetary award in the amount of $1,500 given by Phi Kappa Phi for those involved in the promotion of women in higher education and STEM.
